Bail was granted to co-accused who stands on the same footing with opposite party nos. 2 to 8 whose bail is sought to be cancelled. As the co-accused similarly situated with the opposite party nos. 2 to 8 has been enlarged on bail by this court in CRM (DB) 3051 of 2022 we do not wish to cancel the bail of the said opposite parties.
However, we direct that the said opposite parties shall not enter the jurisdiction of Khanakul P.S until further orders and provide the address where they shall presently reside to the investigating agency as well as to the court below. They shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction they are presently residing once a week until further orders. They shall appear before the court below on every date of hearing without fail and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.)
