Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she has instructions to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal. In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 21444 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
