Petitioner submits she is a young lady and she has been falsely implicated. There is no direct evidence connecting her with the murder. Motive to commit the crime has also not been clearly established. She prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits petitioner and her husband murdered her mother in order to grab the property. Statements of witnesses show they carried the dead body in a suitcase for disposal. Weapon of offence i.e razor was recovered on the leading statement of the petitioner 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner used to reside with her mother. She and her husband were seen taking away the dead body of the lady in a suitcase. On the leading statement of accused weapon of offence had been recovered. Forensic report shows blood on the weapon which matched with that of the deceased.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5.
