Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner surrendered before the learned trial Court on 08.07.2025 since then he is in custody.

On the other hand learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the recovery was 3.476 kgs of brown sugar. Although, the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused but on the relevant period there are call detail records to show that with the wife of the principal accused the petitioner was communicating. It has been submitted that the petitioner has antecedents.

Having considered the locus of the present petitioner in respect of the present case as well as the stage of the present

case, I direct the learned trial Court to release the petitioner on bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over subject to such terms and conditions as learned Special Court deems fit and proper for ensuring the presence of the present petitioner. With the aforesaid directions CRM (NDPS) No. 1086 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
