Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in not giving reply to its application under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act. Learned advocate representing the respondents submits that there is a suppression of material fact and the incorrect statement before this Court by the petitioner since record shows that petitioner's application under the Right to Information Act was already considered and information was furnished to him.

Learned advocate for the respondents in support of such submission while opposing the writ petition has placed relevant documents and considering those

documents, this writ petition, being WPA 20409 of 2023, is dismissed on the ground of suppression of material fact and that this writ petition has got no merit. The relevant records produced by the respondents be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
