Counsel for the petitioner submits that the friction between the petitioner and the private respondents has subsided.

The Inspector-in-charge, Gazole Police Station has filed a report dated 16th January, 2022 addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the said report that proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been drawn up.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition and the same is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
