1. Affidavit of service, as filed, be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of having a bequest in his favour by way of a Will dated 20.03.2017, the respondent authorities have not taken steps to accord necessary permission in his favour. For such purpose a representation was made on 06.11.2023 with the respondent no. 7; reminders whereof was also given by the petitioner.

3. The representation of 06.11.2023 has not been disposed of and is pending since 2023.

4. I direct the respondent no. 7 to dispose of the representation dated 06.11.2023 made by the petitioner, by 15.03.2026, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner on adequate prior notice.

5. The respondent no. 7 will intimate the result of the consideration by way of a reasoned order to the petitioner by 30.03.2026.

6. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 20501 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
