1. Learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned advocate for the State of West Bengal are present.
2. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.
3. Perused the materials available in the case diary. In the instant case, although the petitioners are named in the FIR but are not named in the suicide note.
4. Upon perusal of the materials in the case diary and considering the stage of investigation and the nature of allegation and the fact that investigation has been completed, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice the petitioner should be granted anticipatory bail.
5. I, therefore, allow the application for anticipatory bail made by the petitioners.
6. In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail
upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and on conditions that the petitioners shall attend the learned Trial Court on dates fixed and shall not do any act prejudicial to the trial.
7. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
8. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Biswaroop Chowdhury, J)
