The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that he applied for transfer repeatedly and the last application was made on 25th July, 2022 which could not be considered by the authority since Pupil-Teacher Ratio in the school where petitioner is presently serving does not permit transfer of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in future if staff strength of the school is consolidated in that event petitioner may have opportunity to be transferred from the present school to another school.

State respondents and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by learned advocates.

Having considered the submission made on

behalf of the petitioner, no order need be passed on this writ petition excepting granting leave to the petitioner to make application for transfer afresh in accordance with law, if situation so permits. The writ petition stands disposed of.
