It is found that inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 23rd February, 2026 in paragraph 8 in the 3rd/4th line and in paragraph 9 in the 5th line mentioning "respondent no.3, the Treasury Officer, Jhargram" in place and stead of "respondent no.3, the Treasury Officer, Kharagpur".

The aforesaid order is modified to the extent that in paragraph 8 in the 3rd/4th line and in paragraph 9 in the 5th line, the words "respondent no.3, the Treasury Officer, Kharagpur" should be read in place and stead of "respondent no.3, the Treasury Officer, Jhargram". 4.

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 23rd February, 2026.
