This is an insurance appeal under Section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Mr. Amitava Mitra, leaned advocate for the insurance company, upon receiving instruction from the insurance company submits that he does not want to proceed with this appeal.

It is submitted by Mr. Mitra that the entire compensation amount has been deposited with the appropriate authority concerned under the Workmen's Compensation Act.

On the prayer of the learned advocate for the appellant, the appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution.

The awarded compensation may be disbursed to the lawful claimant, and after disbursement of the compensation amount, the statutory component in preferring, if there be any, may be returned to the appellant.

With the dismissal of this appeal, connected CAN applications also stand disposed of.

Send down the L.C.R., if received in the meantime, along with the copy of this order.
