Mr. Srijan Nayak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the W.B.S.E.D.C.L. files an affidavit. In the said affidavit it has been indicated that there will be no difficulty in providing electricity to the house of the petitioners in terms of the order impugned, in view thereof challenge to the order impugned has become infructuous.

The petitioners are entitled to get the electricity connection in their premises, subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.

The Inspector-in-Charge of Uluberia Police Station is directed to render necessary assistance, if required to the personnel of the W.B.S.E.D.C.L. at the time of installation of the said electricity connection. C.O. 3381 of 2019 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the revisional application no further order need be passed on CAN 03 of 2022, application for early hearing of the matter and the same is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
