The revisional application has been filed challenging an order dated August 25, 2021, passed by the learned District Judge In-Charge, South 24 Parganas at Alipore in Act VIII Case No.147 of 2022.

It appears that both parties, namely, the father and the maternal grandmother seek custody of the child. Both parties have filed applications for custody and interlocutory applications in the proceeding.

It is submitted that all the applications filed by the respective parties are now pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 13th Court at Alipore. This Court is of the view that the present arrangement of interim visitation of the father shall continue in the manner directed earlier, but the place of visitation may change with the consent of the parties and as per the desire of the child.

The learned court is directed to dispose of all the pending applications including the main application for custody filed by the parties upon analogous trial of the same, within a period of six months from the next date fixed. This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parties. The learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law and independently. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
