Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

Considering the nature of relief asked for by the petitioner against share brokers who is a private respondent and the nature of dispute involve, I am not inclined to invoke constitutional writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 20418 of 2023 is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to avail the remedy, if any, available to him in accordance with law before any other forum.
