Petitioner is the sister-in-law of the victim-housewife. She prays for expeditious disposal of the case. 2.

Mr. Aritra Bhattacharya, is directed to appear on behalf of the State. Copy of the petition be served upon him. Learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta is requested to regularize his appointment.

I have considered the materials on record. Though case was registered in 2022, charge is yet to be framed. 4.

Under such circumstances, we direct the trial court to take necessary steps to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest and in the event charge is framed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion without unnecessary delay. 5.

The revision petition is, thus, disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
