Mr. Dhaval Jain, Municipal Commissioner, KMC In WPA 11677 of 2017 It has been pointed out that in the cause title as well as in the second page of the order dated August 7, 2025, the number of the contempt application was wrongly recorded as 'CPAN 111 of 2025' instead of and in place of 'WPCRC 111 of 2025'.

Let these errors be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated 7th August, 2025.
