The allegation of construction over the petitioner's land and the denial of right, title and interest of the petitioner cannot be decided by the writ court or by the panchayat authorities.

Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

If in future, the petitioner raises any allegation of unauthorised construction, in that event, the panchayat authorities shall act and proceed, in accordance with law, by following the principles of natural justice.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
