Petitioner claims to be the owner of a property and has obtained a sanction plan from the appropriate authority for construction but in spite of the same, there has been interference at the behest of the private respondents which is deterring the petitioner from raising the construction.

On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.7 and 8 submits that a civil suit has been preferred before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Purba Bardhaman. It has also been submitted on behalf of the private respondents that before the revenue authorities the record of rights have been challenged and appropriate steps have been taken before the authorities for cancellation of the sanction plan.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities are in knowhow of the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents which has been continuing for a considerable period of time. Police authorities have kept a strict vigil at the locality to avoid any untoward incident and for maintaining peace and tranquility.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities adhering to the provisions of law, I direct that police authorities would interfere in case there is any violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20558 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
