The plaintiffs in a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction have filed the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for early hearing of the application under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in connection with Title Suit No.243 of 2016 pending before the Civil Judge(Junior Division), Kakdwip, 24-Parganas(South).

It appears from the order sheet that November 29, was fixed for hearing of the injunction application.

C.O.3390 of 2018 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), Kakdwip, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the application for injunction as expeditiously as possible, if the same is still pending.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
