The plaintiff in a suit for declaration of title has filed the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for early hearing of the application under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in connection with Title Suit No.172 of 2018 pending before the Civil Judge(Junior Division), Kakdwip, 24-Parganas(South).

It appears from the order sheet that January 21, was fixed for hearing of the injunction application.

C.O.3392 of 2018 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), Kakdwip, South 24-Parganas to dispose of the injunction application as expeditiously as possible, if the same is still pending.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
