In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioner directing him not to leave the jurisdiction of the learned trial Court without prior permission, not to enter the jurisdiction of Nadial P.S. and to meet the Officer in charge of the concerned jurisdictional police station once in a fortnight are waived.

However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
