The petitioner claims that he has inherited the property in which the private respondents are claiming rights. The petitioner seeks intervention of the Bhangar Police Station to protect his property.

The Bhangar Police Station has registered FIR being Bhangar PS Case No. 565 dated 07.09.2022 on the petitioner's complaint.

It appears from the report of the police that the names of the private respondents are incorporated in the records of the BL & LRO in respect of the property in question. They claim to have purchased the property from the predecessor-in-interest of the petitioner. 4.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature and appropriate remedies may be sought before a Civil Court.

The Bhangar Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

The report of the Bhangar Police Station dated 21.09.2022 be kept with the record.
