Sl.1 09.07.2025 Court No.6 BP C.O. 2998 of 2024 Joydeb Jana -versusSmt. Rebati Jana Mr. Madhu Jana Mr. Rahul Agarwal ..for the petitioner By the order dated September 18, 2024 the matter was referred to mediation and the Court appointed a trained mediator for such purpose.

This matter was directed to appear under the heading "To Be Mentioned" as it was submitted that the disputes between the parties have been settled before the mediator and the terms of settlement was agreed upon. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the terms of settlement the petitioner has already paid the amount as per the terms of settlement.

Seen the report of the mediator wherein it has been stated that the parties have successfully settled their pending disputes through the process of mediation and mediation was concluded as "settled". The terms of settlement is appended with the said report.

In view thereof, C.O. 2998 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
