The petitioner seeks certain benefits under the Career Advancement Scheme on completion of first eight years of service.

On perusal of the writ petition, it appears that a proper representation from the petitioner seeking such benefit is wanting.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to file a proper representation highlighting her grievances.

In the event such a representation is made, the same shall be considered by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Nadia in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner at the earliest. 6.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
