The report filed by the Stamp Reporter shows that no steps have been taken by the learned Advocate for the appellant to remove the defects. Moreover, it appears from the status report submitted by the learned 8th Judge, City Civil Court, Calcutta that the Title Suit 411 of 2015 was dismissed for default on 8th October, 2015. In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
