1. Affidavit of service is filed and taken on record.

2. This revisional application has been filed challenging the order dated 13.06.2022 passed in Matrimonial Suit No. 218 of 2020 by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Katwa granting alimony Pendenti lite to the tune of Rs. 3500/- per month in total.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that after the impugned order was passed, petitioner/husband filed an application on 10.08.2022 for necessary direction for reconsidering the order of maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act but that application is still pending, though the petitioner is paying both the maintenance allowance passed under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code

as well as under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

4. Opposite party is represented by the learned counsel.

5. Learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Katwa is requested to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner/husband on 10.08.2022 for considering the issue of payment of alimony pendenti lite while petitioner was paying interim maintenance of Rs.5000/- per month by the order of learned Magistrate in Misc. Case No. 198 of 2019, within 15 days from the date of communication of this order.

6. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Connected applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

8. Petitioner is at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Trail Court.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

10.All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
