In the 7th line of 3rd paragraph of 2nd page of the order, ROPA, 2009 be corrected as ROPA, 2019. The other portions of the order dated September 14, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

The department is directed to take steps accordingly.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
