Mr. Lal Ratan Mondal Mr. Avik Kumar Das ..for the petitioner Mr. Rabindra Nath Bag Mr. Rohan Roy ..for the respondent nos. 2 to 5 I am told that this is a matter for the session 2022-2023. Two twin daughters of the petitioner were in the wait list.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that one of them allowed to join the school but the other have not been allowed.

However, as the session is going to be completed nothing can be done by this court at this stage. The writ application is dismissed.
