Heard learned counsels for the parties.

A portion of the plot owned by the petitioner was acquired by the respondents and the petitioner has received compensation for the same.

The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for demarcation of the land acquired from the land owned by the petitioner.

The petitioner has submitted a representation in this regard before the concerned authority on 23rd August, 2022 and prays for a direction upon the authority to consider the representation at the earliest.

Upon considering the submission made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 23rd August, 2022 within two months from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested persons including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. With the above directions, WPA 20781 of 2022 is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
