1. The application has been filed challenging an order dated July 23, 2025, passed in connection with Title Suit No.11 of 2022, renumbered as Title Suit (Com) No.36 of 2022, which is pending before the learned Commercial Court at Alipore. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he just prays for early disposal of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

2. Learned advocate for the opposite parties submits that the said application has been fixed for hearing on March 3, 2026.

3. Under such circumstances, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court to dispose of the said application within a period of two weeks from the next date fixed. Adequate opportunity shall be given to the parties to contest the same.

4. This court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the application. The learned court shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

6. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
