The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in the cause title and in the prayer portion of the revisional application, there is mention of learned 10th Judge (Senior Division), Alipore instead of learned 7th Judge (Senior Division), Alipore. Such mistake has been cropped up as the learned 7th Judge (Senior Division) was lying vacant and the learned 10th Judge (Senior Division) was in-charge of the learned 7th Judge (Senior Division). He, therefore, prays for necessary correction in the order dated 07.02.2022.

The learned advocate for the petitioner further prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to make necessary correction in the cause title and in the prayer portion of the revisional application. Such prayer is allowed.

At page No. 1 in the 2nd paragraph of the order dated 07.02.2022, the expression "learned Civil Judge

(Senior Division), 10th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas" should be read as "learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas".

At page No. 2 in the 1st paragraph of the said order, the expression "learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 10th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas" should be read as "learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas". Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 07.02.2022 after necessary amendments are made in the cause title and in the prayer portion of the revisiosnal application. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
