2. Despite service no one appears on behalf of the alleged victim.

3. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

4. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of a minor victim girl, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
