1. Petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated August 29, 2024.

2. Report submitted in Court be taken on record.

3. It appears from such report that, the victim was recovered on September 9, 2024.

4. Victim refused to undergo medico-legal examination.

5. Victim was produced before the jurisdictional Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate for recording her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS.

6. Victim is presently in the custody of the Superintendent of a Child Welfare Home.

7. In view of the recovery of the victim and in view of the victim being placed in the custody of the appropriate Child Welfare Home, no further order needs be passed in the present petition.

8. WPA (H) 70 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
