Mr. Arijit Sarkar Ms. Prajaini Das ..for the petitioners It has been pointed out that there is a typographical error in the name of the opposite party in the order dated 17th April, 2025. In the said order the name of the opposite party was wrongly mentioned as "Siddeheswar Adhikary"

instead of "Siddheswar Adhikary".

Let such error be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated 17th April, 2025.
