Seeking a direction upon the concerned respondent to cancel the appointment of respondent no.7 and to appoint the petitioner in the post of 'Samprosarak' with pure science in Bijpur Chinmoy Ghosh Smriti Madhyamik Siksha Kendra under Bijpur-I Gram Panchayat, the writ petition was preferred. The selection process to fill up the post initiated in 2009.

I am of the view that with the passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and hence the same is disposed of without any order.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
