Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition was filed for claim of refundable amount in question under the relevant provision of West Bengal VAT Act, 2005 and grievance of the petitioner has been redressed because of effective persuasion on the part of Mr. Mukherjee the learned advocate appearing for the State authority and it has been informed that the claim of refund has been considered by way of adjustment and if any further grievance, the petitioner has, he may make appropriate representation before the authority concerned and who will consider the same in accordance with law. With this observation, this writ petition being WPA No.21495 of 2022 stands disposed of.
