The application arises out of Nakashipara P.S. Case No.625 of 2021 (corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3922/2021) dated 03.12.2021, District-Nadia, under sections 447/325/326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the basis of the complaint was a property/land dispute between the petitioner and the complainant and as a sequence to the property dispute the complaint has been filed.

Heard.
Having regard to the nature of the complaint as well as the genesis of the complaint, which has been also noticed in the memo of evidence submitted before this Court by the Investigating Officer recording that there is an incident of land/property dispute between the parties. Perused the case diary and injury report of the victim. This Court is persuaded to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for bail is allowed.
Accordingly, the petitioner Naru Ghosh shall be enlarged on bail
furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local and on condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigation Officer as and when required by the Investigating Officer till filing of Charge-sheet. Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM No. 9044 of 2021 is disposed of.
