Such supplementary affidavit is accepted and kept on record. Copy thereof has been served upon the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

The petitioner got six marks after the declaration made by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education that some candidates should get six marks (pursuant to the order of this court) and now the petitioner finds that as he has got six more marks, he has been qualified in TET, 2014. The facts of the case is similar to another matter decided by this court in WPA 5505 of 2022 (Soham Roy Chowdhury & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.)

On the basis of the same, principle as has been laid down and on the basis of the observation as has been made in that writ application being WPA 5505 of 2022, this writ application is also allowed with the direction upon the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to recommend the petitioner as a trained candidate in the post of assistant teacher in any primary school.

The procedure to be followed in this case shall be similar to the procedure, which has been followed in Soham Roy Chowdhury's case (supra).

With this observation and on the basis of the submissions made by the petitioner this writ application is allowed.
