Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the directions contained in the order dated 1st October, 2019. He appeared before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Upon completion of investigation charge sheet has also been submitted. Ms. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State and files a report. Let the same be kept on record. It appears that there is no adverse report against the petitioner and since upon completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 1st October, 2019 to the effect that the petitioner "shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders", is waived. The application being CRAN No.1 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Sugato Majumdar, J.)
