1. It is assured by Mr. Vaisya, learned advocate for the DPPG that the pension payment order shall be issued within a period of one week from date. After issuance of PPO, the concerned Treasury Officer shall release pension including arrears to the petitioner upon production of necessary documents preferably within a period of one week thereafter.

2. On the assurance of Mr. Vaisya, learned advocate for the DPPG, the contempt application being CPAN 1376 of 2024 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

3. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
