Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record. The material available in the Case Diary implicates the petitioner in the dacoity. Some silver ornaments and the offending weapon have been recovered pursuant to the leading statement of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the petitioner is detected HIV positive and requires regular treatment.

It appears from the report submitted by the State in CRM(M) 1526 of 2025 which deals with a connected issue that the petitioner has been shifted to Malda District Correctional Home and is being adequately treated for his ailments.

In view of the above, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The bail application is disposed of.
