Mr. Sabyasachi Banerjee Mr. Aniket Agarwal..............for the opposite party no. 2 Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the instant revisional application has become infructuous as the petitioners in the instant case have been discharged by the learned court below. He further submits that another revisional application is pending against the order of discharge of the petitioners. He also filed the order of discharge along with the supplementary affidavit on earlier occasion.

Considering the submission and upon perusal of the supplementary affidavit, it appears that the petitioners have been discharged from the proceedings being Case No. CS/0015817/2015 under Sections 465, 466, 467, 469, 471 and 120B of the IPC pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2942 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous.

Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
