The prayer has been advanced for defreezing the following account:- Sr. No. Account No. Branch Bank 1 037105005715 VIP Road ICICI Bank On an evaluation of the report of the investigating officer, the operation of the bank account may be resumed by the petitioner. However, the terms and conditions for operating the account would be imposed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura who is in seisin of the case/proceedings.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2868 of 2019 is allowed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with the revisional

application, are consequently disposed of.
