It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioners that matter relates to selection process i.e. 3rd Regional Level Selection Test for Recruitment of Non-Teaching Staff, 2016 in Government aided schools.

It has also been submitted that the entire selection process has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Since the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court after the selection process was set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench at this stage no order can be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Applications, if any pending, also stand dismissed. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if situation so arises in future.
