Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the information which was furnished on or about 14.05.2025 with Netaji Nagar Police Station was not acted upon.

In view of similar other nature of accusations being referred to Anti-Cheating and Fraud Cell, Detective Department, Lalbazar, I direct the complaint of the petitioner be also referred to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned department. The Officer-in-Charge would assess whether any cognizable offence is made out and thereafter take a decision whether to proceed with the complaint or not.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20582 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
