This revisional application has been filed assailing the orders dated 18th March, 2024 and 27th June, 2024 passed in connection with Maintenance Case No.981 of 2022. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the proceeding under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been initiated without any just rhyme and reason.

Conversely, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 has submitted that the application under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been refused by the order dated 17th August, 2024 by the learned Magistrate.

Submission advanced on behalf of the opposite party no.2 has not been refuted in any manner whatsoever. 5.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous. 6.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
