For contemnors/ECL It is submitted by the contemnors and Eastern Court No. 23 01.9.2023 (Item No. 4) (AB) Coalfields Limited (for short ECL), the main respondent in this writ petition wherefrom order under contempt emanates that the order dated 22nd March, 2022 being the order under contempt has been complied with. The petitioner also accepts the fact that the order under contempt has been complied with and the petitioner has already joined the service of ECL. An appointment letter issued to the petitioner is placed before the Court and is retained with the record.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application. The contempt proceeding is dropped and the contempt application is disposed of recording compliance of the order under contempt. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
