We have considered the materials on record and keeping in mind the nature of the allegations and the extent of complicity of the petitioner and the fact that co-accuseds similarly circumtanced with the petitioner have been granted pre-arrest bail, we extend the same privilege to the petitioner also.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

CRM 9054 of 2021 is disposed of.
