Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent second appellate authority under the Right to Information Act in considering his appeal filed on 18th April, 2023.

Learned advocate representing the respondent second appellate authority submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is not in proper form and as such, the authority is not in a position to consider the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition being WPA 20466 of 2023 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh second appeal in appropriate form within seven working days from date and if such second appeal is filed in the appropriate form, the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority within three months from the date of receipt of such appeal.
