Mr. Shayak Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a downloaded copy of the mail, which has been received from the office of the Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal. The same reflects that the learned advocate along with Ms. Sutapa Sanyal, learned advocate, was engaged in the writ petition, which was heard on 27th December, 2021.

It has been submitted that inadvertently on behalf of the State, the names of different lawyers are appearing.

Accordingly, necessary corrections be incorporated in the order dated 27th December, 2021

wherein the names of Ms. Sutapa Sanyal and Mr. Shayak Chakraborty, learned advocates, be inserted as learned advocates appearing and representing the State of West Bengal.

Let this order be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 27th December, 2021. Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
